2009 — Ray gets his first Client

After recovering from a 2-year lethal illness, Ray put his entrepreneurial skills to test by starting an agency part-time. After relentless search for months, Ray manages to land his first client. A dental office at the american west-coast.

2013 — First fully-booked Calendar

For the first time ever, Ray fully-booked his calendar with clients for the entire month. At this point Ray was working 16-hour work days to meet client demand, while working as a top-performing salesman for a prominent insurance company at his day job.

2014 — Building an Army

Ray quit his day job as a top performing salesman for an insurance company and hired a team of A-players. Ray and Anna were able to scale their business to the next level!

2016 — Hired by a $5B Hedge Fund

Meeting a fund manager at a party introduced a new opportunity. Ray spends the next 3 years optimizing marketing processes across portfolio companies and cutting marketing costs by 52%. During this time he got to spend tens of millions on online advertising and study each campaign behind-the-scenes. He becomes an expert at Advertising, Data Science, Market Research, and Fundraising.

2018 — Industry Domination

We started to become a big industry player. Having clients from all over the world including Germany, Monaco, Luxembourg, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the USA, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, and more.

2019 — Hit by COVID-19

After getting hit by the health and economic crises of COVID, we innovated by extensively adopting policies like remote work and customer portfolio diversification. We expanded our services to medicine and pharma and took advantage of their industry growth. The pandemic took it’s toll as we lost not only clients, but also dearly beloved team members to the disease. It was a really harsh time.

2020 — A New System

If COVID-19 proved anything, it’s that systems and automation are far more important than we thought they were. We developed a highly predictable system for sales and marketing the removes all downsides of sales teams, setters, ad campaigns, etc. and is guaranteed to withstand doomsday.

2024 — Survived hell

After surviving personal issues, professional rivalries, and COVID-19 we’re still standing stronger than ever. 72% of our client revenue was generated in the last 6 years. Ray spends half his day studying industry data and reports to find the most effective solutions for his clientele. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!

And I hope you get me too.

I started my business in ’09, back when flip phones were around. And the internet? It was all hobby blogs.

I was always super-worried with:

Where was my next customer coming from?

Will my business even exist a few months from now?

When will one of my customers leave me without notice?

Am I doing something that will destroy my brand down the line?

How do I make my customers respect me more?

How can I make my income more sustainable?

How can I ensure my clients are 110% satisfied by what I offer?

And most of all, what mistakes am I making without knowing.

If you’re a business owner, you’re likely recording a podcast, creating content, building a personal brand, emailing a newsletter, writing a book, and/or chatting up total strangers on social media (even when you don’t want to).

But worst of all, you’re doing it without a predictable system.

This means, that even if you get it all to work, what you’ll have is your family’s livelihood built on a bag of dodgy tricks.

Here’s some cold hard truth for you

A successful business owner is a top 1% entrepreneur, while the other 99% struggle to make their dreams a reality. Most struggling entrepreneurs make less than minimum wage, even if they have paying-clients. Just think about the hours they put in.

The obvious truth is…

There are countless buyers out there, looking for the exact thing you’re offering. But, they all go to those top 1% of entrepreneurs with the right systems for sales, marketing, branding, operations, recruiting, etc.

I should know, I’ve been running mine for over 15 years now.

I’ve been advising others on growth and scale for years.

Linear Buyer Journeys are zero-IQ. Customers don’t buy stuff by giving you clicks in a pre-determined order.

Brands are overrated. You should be less interested in building a brand, and more interested in building a reputation for yourself and what you offer.

Info-abyss avoidance. You don’t need more info. You need systems, A-players, feedback-loops, and masters of implementation.

Inner Growth is required. Your business will grow as your team grows in terms of action-taking, cohesion, and discipline.

Seismic Realization is inbound. You need to realize that what got you here won’t get you any further. A change is required for growth, which might even be unpleasant at first.
